Premanjali Selection Pvt. Ltd. runs out of a raw house in Madhuvrund, over in the Ghatlodai area. Specifically, we are at A-1/19. Since it is a residential-feeling neighborhood, the work environment is a lot more relaxed than if we were in a big commercial tower. We have our stock stored in different rooms, and sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded with boxes. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and some helpers who have been with us for a long time. We spend most of our time sorting through the items and making sure everything is where it is supposed to be. Ghatlodai is a nice part of the city, and we enjoy being based here. The neighbors are friendly, and it is much quieter than being stuck in the middle of a busy city market. We do not have a big storefront with bright lights or mannequins in the window. People usually find us because they already know us or someone told them where to look. We focus on the daily routine of checking the quality of items and getting things ready. It is a simple business model. We do not use any fancy software or big management systems to run things. We just remember where everything is. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a new shipment arrives. We just work through the piles and keep everything moving along.
