Jaihind Projects Ltd

We’ve been running Jaihind Projects Ltd out of our spot in Shri Hari Apartment for a while now. If you know the Jivarajpark area in Ahmedabad, we’re right near the Sahvas Flats. It’s a busy part of town, but we like it here. Shaileshkumar Rathod and the rest of us spend most of our days keeping up with the different project requirements that come our way. We aren’t a big fancy firm with a glass building; we just work from B/4 and try to keep things moving. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. Being in Ahmedabad means there is always something going on around us. People often stop by the office to discuss stuff, and we just handle things as they come. It’s practical work. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy presentations. Most of the time, we are just looking at plans or talking to vendors. The neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. We’ve seen Jivarajpark change quite a bit over the years. We stay focused on the tasks at hand. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We keep our files organized and try to make sure every project we take on gets the attention it needs without making a big fuss about it. That is basically how we operate every day.
