The office for Jagdamba Estate & Management is located at 12 Keshav Park Shopping Centre on Premchand Nagar Road. Being near the Chief Justice Bungalow in Bodakdev means there is usually a fair amount of activity around the area. The shopping center itself gets quite busy during the peak hours, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache if you arrive at the wrong time. We have been in this spot for some years and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. The building is okay, though the hallways can get a bit dark when the lights are off. Inside our space, it is mostly just a bunch of files and a few computers that have been around for a while. We aren't big on making things look corporate or shiny. We just do our work and try to keep up with everything. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is dead quiet, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who stop by while they are doing their shopping nearby. Premchand Nagar Road is a familiar street for most people in this part of Bodakdev. We don't have any grand slogans or anything like that. It is just a small team of us working out of Keshav Park and trying to keep things organized. That is pretty much the whole story.
