We run Shree Siddhi Inrabuildcon Llp out of Godrej Garden City, located just behind Nirma University. It is a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the city center, and we quite like it. The area is still developing and it feels like there is always something new being built around every corner. Our day usually starts quite early with a lot of phone calls to site managers and vendors. Because we are near the university, there are always students around, which keeps the area feeling young and active. We focus on infrabuild projects, so we are often knee-deep in technical drawings and logistics. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we think the work should speak for itself. If a building is solid and the infrastructure is sound, people will notice. Our team is made up of local people who know this ground well. We don't have a corporate hierarchy where you have to go through five people to get an answer. If you have a question, you just ask the person standing next to you. It is a very direct and honest way of working. We have had our share of tough projects where the ground was difficult or the weather was against us, but we always find a way to get through it. It is just the way we have always done things here.
