Devkinandan Developers is located right across from Navrang School, not far from Godrej Gardan City. It’s a nice area to work in because of the school nearby, so there’s always a lot of energy in the mornings. We’ve been at this for some time now, just working on local development projects. We chose this spot because it's easy for our workers to get to and it’s in a part of town that’s growing fast. We don’t have a massive office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and look at maps or talk to clients. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that's how we work best. Building things is a messy business anyway. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the structures up. We've seen a lot of new apartments and houses go up around Godrej Gardan City, and we're just part of that whole process. People know us in the neighborhood mostly because they see us around the school area quite a bit. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. If you need to find us, the school is the best landmark to look for. Most days, one of us is around to have a chat about whatever project is on the horizon.
