J P Enterprise is based out of Kalikund in Dholka. It’s a bit different from the big industrial zones in the cities. Here in Dholka, things feel a little more connected to the local town. We have our setup in Kalikund and it’s where we do all our business day in and day out. We aren't a large corporation with multiple branches. It is just this one place. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. We’ve got a small team, mostly local folks who have been with us for a while. We don't really have a philosophy or a vision that we talk about. We just show up, see what needs to be done, and do it. Sometimes we have a lot of orders and we stay late, other times it is quiet and we catch up on maintenance. Being in Kalikund means we know our neighbors and they know us. We don't use fancy brochures to get customers; usually, people just hear about us through word of mouth. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just try to be fair and keep the enterprise moving forward. Dholka is a good place for a business like ours, and we are happy staying right where we are. We just open the doors every morning and get straight to the work we have planned for the day.
