We are J P Developers, and you can find us in the Anand Mangal Complex, specifically at 501. Our place is at Swastik Char Rasta, right behind Omkar House in Navrangpura. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this area. We spend our days working on development projects, which basically means we are always looking at land and thinking about what can be built there. The office is often full of rolled-up maps and site plans that never seem to stay where they belong. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day. Most of the time, we’re in casual clothes because we might need to head out to a dusty construction site at a moment's notice. Navrangpura is a busy hub, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team here, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It makes the work easier when you can just talk to someone without having to go through a bunch of formal meetings. Building things is complicated and there are always unexpected problems like rain delays or material shortages. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that nothing ever goes exactly to plan. We just aim to get the building finished and make sure it’s solid. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year without needing much more.
