We have been here at Sakar VII on the first floor for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because we are right at the Nehru Bridge corner, which is always a busy area on Ashram Road. It gets pretty noisy outside with all the traffic coming across the bridge throughout the day, but inside the shop, it is just us surrounded by circuit boards and wires. We spend most of our time looking at screens or trying to fix some specific part that decided to stop working. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you actually get inside, there is plenty of room for us to work. We see a lot of people coming in from the nearby offices or just folks passing by who need something sorted out with their gear. It is not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we keep busy with whatever comes across the counter. Some days are packed and other days we just sit and wait for the courier to arrive with new parts. Being on Ashram Road means there is always something happening outside the window to look at. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the repairs as they come. It is a decent area to work in, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. We try to keep the shelves organized, but it usually looks like a workshop.
