Our place is over in Vejalpur, specifically at N/14 in Shrikarishna Nagari. We are right near Shrinand Nagar Part 1. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. We deal with ceramics, but this isn't a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of an office and a small storage spot where we keep samples and catalogs. People from the neighborhood sometimes drop by to ask about tiles or just to say hello. Ahmedabad can get incredibly hot, so we have the AC running most of the day, or at least a very strong fan. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the factories and the transporters. There’s always some issue with a shipment being late or a specific color of tile being out of stock. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. The office is a bit cluttered with tile pieces and cardboard boxes, but we know where everything is. We just try to be honest with people about what we have and when it can be delivered. It’s a simple business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep our customers happy and our records straight in 380051.
