Shri Niranjan Corporation. is located at Nivaan Green, just across from Pushkar Heights and near the Sitabaugh area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here. Our work is pretty straightforward. we do development and construction stuff. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some huge firm from the city. We’re just local folks. Our office is a simple room where we keep the blueprints and have our coffee. Most of the time, though, we are outside. We spend our days dealing with the humidity and making sure the foundation is solid. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of talking to contractors. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, like when the rain starts unexpectedly or a machine breaks down. We just deal with it and move on. We aren't flashy. We don't have a team of people to write our brochures or anything. We just write down what we’re doing and try to keep the costs reasonable. If you're over by Sitabaugh, you've probably walked past us. We’re just trying to do our part in the building trade and keep things running smoothly. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort.
