Flexography India Press

We are based at Plot 4344, right near the Moni Hotel. Flexography India Press is a busy place, mostly because the printing machines never seem to stop running. The sound of the rollers is just a constant hum in the background of everything we do. We do a lot of label printing and packaging stuff. It’s messy work with all the ink and the rolls of paper that are taller than most of us. Sometimes the paper tears and we have to spend an hour re-threading the whole machine. That’s usually when everyone starts getting a bit grumpy. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything for guests. People just walk straight into the work area. The Moni Hotel is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We usually get our lunch from the small dhabas nearby. The lighting inside the shop isn't great, but we have some desk lamps for when we need to check the print quality. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. We’ve been at this plot for a few years now. The walls are covered in old calendar pages and test prints. We don't really do much advertising. People who need printing done usually just find us by word of mouth or see our name on the gate when they're passing the hotel. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the rollers need a good oiling in the morning to stop them from squeaking. We have a small cupboard for the dyes.
