Ipro Plan

Ipro Plan is tucked away in K.G. Nagar. We are at number 11 on the 3rd Cross of Amma Temple Street. It’s a quiet street compared to the main road, but you can still hear the bells from the temple nearby. The office is on the ground floor, which is convenient for everyone. We don't have any big signs, just a small one near the entrance. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with computers and printers. We’ve been here for a long time and the building is showing its age a bit. There are some cracks in the plaster, but it doesn't bother us much. We don't have a fancy lounge or a place for visitors to wait. They usually just sit on a plastic chair in the corner. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks. Bangalore 560 019 is a nice area to be in. We know the guy who runs the local stationery shop and the lady who sells flowers. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use any corporate jargon or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. It’s a small, honest operation. We like it this way because it’s simple and we don't have to answer to anyone but ourselves. We don't have a big HR team or complicated rules. We just show up and do the work.
