Intensity Beyond The Fitness

Intensity Beyond The Fitness is our gym on the fourth floor of Ratna High Street, right at the Naranpura Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection so there is always something going on outside with the traffic and the shops, but inside we just focus on the training. We have been here in Ahmedabad for some time now and most of our members are folks who live or work nearby in Naranpura. The space is filled with various machines and there is enough room for people to do their floor exercises without bumping into each other too much. We aren't really into the flashy stuff you see in big chain gyms. It’s more of a practical setup where the metal clangs and people are sweating. The morning air is usually the best time to come in before the heat of the day really picks up. We have a few trainers who wander around and help out if someone is doing an exercise wrong or needs a hand with the weights. The floor is mostly covered in rubber mats to keep the noise down a bit. Sometimes the music is just the radio playing whatever is popular, and other times it’s a bit quieter. It’s just a regular spot for regular people who want to stay active. We keep the water cooler filled and the lights on from early morning until late evening for the late crowd.
