You can find us at Atma House, room A-813, right across from the old RBI building on Ashram Road. It’s a well-known spot in the city, which makes it fairly easy for people to find us even with the heavy traffic. We deal with the nuts and bolts of supply chain logistics. That basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at computer schedules to make sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s not always a smooth ride—trucks get delayed, paperwork gets stuck in some office, and sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate with our plans. We just take it as it comes and try to find a way around the problems. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of half-empty coffee cups. We don't use a lot of big words or buzzwords to describe what we do. It’s just about moving goods and keeping track of where everything is at any given moment. Ashram Road is always buzzing with activity, and our office environment is no different. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the local couriers and drivers by their first names. We don't have a grand mission statement or a fancy handbook. We just want to make sure the boxes keep moving and the clients are okay. It’s a practical job that keeps us on our toes every single day.
