Infab Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

We are up on the fourth floor, in room 402 of Punit Plaza. That’s where Infab Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is based. It’s an office building, so it’s a bit different from a factory floor, but we still work pretty hard. There’s always a pile of drawings and project files on the desks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at plans for different infrastructure jobs. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused, then it gets loud again when a site supervisor calls in with a problem. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we take our breaks and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. The elevator in the plaza is a bit slow, so we often end up waiting in the lobby talking to the security guards. We aren’t really into big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just want to get the projects moving and make sure the details are right. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure materials are where they need to be. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, ordering food and sitting around the big table together. It’s a small team and we’ve been working together for quite a while now. We know how each other works, which makes the long days a bit easier to handle. Just a regular office doing our part on various builds around the city.
