We are located at 40/Satyasagar Society on Arjunashram Road in Chandlodia. This is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our office is basically part of a housing society, so it’s got a very neighborhood feel to it. You won't find any big neon signs here. It’s just a regular building among others where people live. Chandlodia is a busy area with a lot of small shops and houses packed together. We have been in this spot for several years now. The office inside is simple. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of folders. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because it gets dusty outside during the dry months. Most of the staff walks or takes a scooter to get here. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a fancy meeting room. If we need to talk about something, we just pull up a chair around one of the desks. We deal with all the Inductotherm India work from this little corner of Ahmedabad. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with kids playing or people selling vegetables, but we’re used to it. It feels more grounded than being in a high-rise. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. It’s an honest, plain space for us to work without any unnecessary distractions or corporate polish. It is just a place where things get done.
