We are over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Bopal area. Our place is 402 in the Setu Apartment building. If you know where the Dena Bank is, we are right behind it. Bopal used to be a quiet outskirts area but now it’s full of buildings and traffic. Setu Apartment is one of those older residential-cum-office spots. Being on the fourth floor gives us a decent view of the rooftops around us. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. The air conditioning struggles a bit during the peak Ahmedabad summer, but we manage. Most of us have worked together here for a long time. It feels more like a house than a corporate office. We don't have fancy logos on every wall. There’s a small pantry where we make our own coffee and share lunch. The atmosphere is relaxed, maybe a bit too quiet sometimes until the phones start ringing. Getting here is okay if you're coming from the main part of the city, though the roads can get dusty with all the construction nearby. We just focus on the Inductotherm tasks and try to stay organized. It’s a practical setup for the team. No one wears suits here; it’s just jeans and shirts, getting the day’s work finished so we can beat the evening traffic and get home.
