Indian Steel Co Ltd (Gandhidham)

We are based out of Shakti Nagar in Gandhidham. You can find us at house number A-58. It’s a residential-looking area in this part of Gujarat, but we use the space for our operations. Living and working in Gandhidham means dealing with the dust and the heat, but that is just how it is here. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a few rooms dedicated to the paperwork and the metal trade we manage. It isn't a factory floor right here at this address, more of an administrative hub where the logistics get sorted out. We’ve been in Shakti Nagar for a good stretch of time. The neighbors know us, and we know them. It’s the kind of place where things move at a steady pace. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically in the middle of our workspace. It’s honest work and we try to stay on top of the orders coming in. The street outside can get a bit narrow when trucks are moving through, but we make it work. Gandhidham is a busy town because of the port and the industry, and being at A-58 puts us right in the heart of that activity. We keep the lights on and the phones manned during regular hours. It’s a practical office for a practical business. No more, no less. We just keep doing what we do.
