Our Ahmedabad office for Indiabulls Real-Estate Ltd is on Isanpur Road in Maninagar. We are at Om 64 in the Trishul Society. It is right near Motib Society too. This is a residential area mostly, so it is quite friendly. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. The office is basically a ground-floor space. It is not very corporate. We have some old posters on the walls and our desks are a bit messy with paperwork. We handle various real estate matters for the local area. People come in to ask about prices or to see if any new projects are starting up. We just give them the honest facts. We do not have a big marketing budget for this branch. We just rely on people finding us through the address or word of mouth. It gets busy during the middle of the day. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. It is a simple setup. We have a small area to sit and talk. We are not trying to sell anyone anything they do not want. We just provide the info we have on the books.
