We operate out of an office in Prerna Shikhar Tower. It is right near the Bodakdev Fire Station, which is a good landmark for people trying to find India Warehousing.In. We aren’t out in a big warehouse ourselves every day; this is where we handle all the paperwork and the bookings for different storage spaces. It’s a bit of a climb to A/1103, but the view of the city is okay. My brother and I started helping people find places to keep their goods because we saw how messy the logistics side of things can be for small businesses. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer checking who has space and who needs it. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a client changes their mind at the last minute, and we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just how it goes in this business. We know the Judges Bungalow Road area really well. It is a busy part of town near the Pride Hotel. We don’t have a big corporate setup with uniforms or anything like that. Just some desks, some coffee, and a lot of lists. We try to be helpful when someone calls up asking for a square foot price. It is not glamorous work, but people need to store their stuff somewhere safe. We just try to make that happen without too many headaches for them.
