Icici Bank Ltd

Down here at Anjali Apartment in Banaras, we run this Icici Bank Ltd branch. It is a small place, A/4 to be exact. Banaras is always busy, but our little corner is a bit more managed. We see people from all walks of life coming in. Some are students, others are shopkeepers from the nearby lanes. The office is pretty straightforward. We have the counters for cash and a few desks for opening accounts or asking about credit cards. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a local spot for the neighborhood. We talk to people in the local language mostly because it makes things easier. If you come in, you might have to wait a few minutes if it is the start of the month. That is when everyone comes to sort out their bills and savings. We do our best to keep things simple. The space is a bit tight, but we keep it organized. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. It is just banking. People need a place to keep their money and get a little help with the paperwork, and that is why we are here in Anjali Apartment. It is nice seeing the same faces and watching the families grow over the years. We are just part of the daily routine for most people around here.
