Hot

Hot is what we call ourselves here at 887 Mahadevwalo Khancho. We are right in the middle of Panchbhai S Pole, which stays pretty busy most days. Gheekanta Road is always moving, and we have been part of this spot for a while now. Some folks might have trouble finding the exact lane at first, but once you get here, you see we just keep things running. It’s not a huge place. It’s more of a local setup where we handle daily tasks and talk to neighbors. Mostly, we just stay busy with the work that comes through the door. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially during the peak hours in Ahmedabad, but that is just how it is in this area. We don’t have fancy signs or anything. It is just the name Hot on the door and us doing our thing. The building has seen many seasons. We know the people around here by name, and they know us too. It is more about the routine than anything else. We open up in the morning, get the coffee going if there is time, and start on whatever needs doing. If you are walking down Gheekanta Road, you probably pass us without thinking twice, and that is fine with us. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't complicated. We are just a small team in a tight space in an old part of the city.
