Our place is located in Goyal Plaza, specifically on the upper ground floor. If you are familiar with the Vastrapur area in Ahmedabad, you probably know how busy Judges Bunglow Road can get during the day. We are right there, tucked in near Payal Flats and just opposite the Reliance Time Out. Most people use Mansi Cross Roads as their main landmark to find us. The clinic and the store are essentially one space where we keep a lot of small glass bottles and various supplies on the shelves. It is not a very big or fancy setup. There are a few chairs in the waiting area that have been there for years, and the floor is just standard tiling. We spend a lot of time just organizing the stock in the store section or sitting at the main desk. The windows look out toward the road, so you can always hear the scooters and cars passing by. It gets a bit dusty because of the traffic, so we are usually wiping down the counters a few times a day. We open up in the morning when the sun starts hitting the plaza stairs and we stay until the evening rush is mostly over. It is a simple routine. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights, just the name on the door and a lot of regular people who live in the nearby flats stopping in to see what we have in stock or to talk for a bit.
