Hi Tech Surgical Systems

We are situated at Plot 306 in the Mahakant Complex, right across from V S Hospital on Ashram Road. Being near a major hospital means we see a lot of activity every day, with ambulances and people constantly moving about. Our office in Ellis Bridge is where we keep our stock of surgical systems and various medical supplies. It’s a busy area, and the traffic on Ashram Road is almost always heavy, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge. We spend our time talking to doctors and hospital staff who need specific instruments or machines for their clinics. The office isn't very big, and it’s mostly filled with boxes and crates stacked against the walls. We try to keep things organized, but when a new shipment comes in, the aisles get a bit narrow for a day or two. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights or salespeople. Usually, if someone wants to see a machine, we just open the crate and show them right there on the floor. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and the deliveries ourselves. Sometimes a technician is in the back testing a piece of equipment to make sure it's working perfectly before it goes out. It’s a responsible job because these tools are used in surgeries. We take it seriously, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. We’re just a local business trying to supply what the medical community around here needs.
