Hemcha Food International Llp operates out of GIDC II in Rajkot. We are at Plot 135, right across from where R M Steel is. If you know the GIDC area, you know it’s mostly industrial and full of people working hard. Our spot is shared with M S and Co, so it’s a busy environment. There is always the sound of trucks or machinery somewhere in the distance. We have our office set up inside, and it’s pretty basic. We spend most of our time dealing with food products and all the logistics that come with that. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure things are where they should be. The office is often a bit noisy because of the location, but we don’t mind. It feels like we are in the heart of the action. We aren't much for fancy furniture or sleek designs. We have what we need to get the job done and that’s about it. The weather in Gujarat can get pretty intense, so the office is a good place to hide from the sun for a bit. We’ve been in Rajkot for years and we know the GIDC layout like the back of our hand. It’s a solid place for a business like ours. Every day is a bit different, but it’s always about keeping the wheels turning and making sure everything gets shipped out on time without any unnecessary delays.
