Hemato Oncology Clinic

Our clinic, Hemato Oncology Clinic, is on the first floor of the Vedanta Institute of Medical Science. We are situated near Samved, which is a well-known spot in the area. Being inside a larger medical institute means there’s always a lot of medical activity around us. We share the building with other departments, but we have our own dedicated space on the first floor. It’s a place where we deal with some pretty serious health issues every day. The atmosphere is professional but we try to keep it friendly so patients feel okay when they visit. We have some exam rooms and a place where people can sit while they wait. The elevators can be slow sometimes, so a lot of people just take the stairs to get up to us. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the local doctors know where to send people if they need our specific kind of help. It’s not a very big office, but it’s laid out well enough for what we do. We spend most of our time reviewing charts and talking to patients about their treatments. There’s a lot of focus on the details here. We aren't part of some giant chain; we just work out of this institute. It’s a busy environment, but we make it work for everyone who comes through the door and stays for their appointments.
