Our office is on Swastik Avenue, right in the heart of Navrangpura. It’s a well-known spot because we are right across from Omkar House and near the Swastik Char Rasta. Being just off CG Road makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a bit much during lunch hours. We’ve been operating Hec Associates from this building for years. It’s mostly about office desks, filing systems, and storage solutions. The office has that old-school feel with high ceilings and lots of paper stacks on the desks. We aren't big on digital everything; we still like our physical files and blueprints. You’ll see samples of shelving units and chairs scattered around the room. It’s not a fancy showroom, it’s more of a working office where we plan out layouts for other businesses. We have a small staff, and we all know each other’s families. It gets a bit noisy when the windows are open because of the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from clients at the big central table. We don't use any slick sales pitches. We just show what we have and talk about what might fit in their space. It’s a comfortable place, even if the paint is peeling a little in the corner near the water cooler.
