It is out towards the edge of things, which is actually quite helpful for us since many of our projects are in the developing areas around there. The office is a simple setup. We don't have any glass walls or fancy rugs. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend our days coordinating with site supervisors and checking on material deliveries. Since we are near the circle, it is easy for us to jump on the main road and head out to a site whenever we need to check on something in person. We have a few people who have been with us since we started. We aren't big on titles or hierarchies here. If a job needs doing, whoever is free just handles it. Sometimes the office gets quiet when everyone is out on-site, and other times it’s a madhouse of people coming in to drop off invoices or sign contracts. We keep a big pot of water and some biscuits for whoever stops by. It is just a regular local business trying to do honest work without making things more complicated than they need to be. We deal with the usual daily hassles of construction work and just keep moving along to the next step of the project, whatever that might be on a given day.
