Shyam Developers

We are Shyam Developers, and our base is out in Hathijan. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which we actually quite like because it’s a little quieter and there’s more space to breathe. The air feels a bit different out here. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a simple building where we keep our tools and our records. We spend most of our time out on the land anyway, so the office is mostly for the paperwork part of the job. There’s a lot of development happening in Hathijan right now, and we’re right in the middle of it. We see a lot of new faces coming through, people looking for a bit of land or a new home away from the crowded city streets. We usually have a pot of chai going for whoever drops by. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We might be wearing dusty boots and jeans instead of suits, but that’s because we’re actually out there doing the work. Sometimes we just sit on the porch and talk about the weather or how the local roads are holding up. It’s a slower pace of life than the city, but we are still kept very busy with all the projects on our plate. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through our door and give them a fair deal.
