Shivam Developers

We are Shivam Developers, and you can find us at Shree Harivilla. It is situated right opposite the Swaminarayan Grukul on Mahemdavad Road. That road stays pretty busy with people coming and going from the Grukul. We picked this spot because it is easy for people to find. We are basically a group of locals who decided to get into the development side of things. It is a lot of paperwork and dealing with land issues, which is not always fun. But we like seeing a project go from just an idea to an actual building. We do not have a flashy lobby or anything. It is a simple office where we sit and figure out the schedules. We deal with the usual problems like rain slowing things down or waiting on supplies to show up. Everyone here knows their role. We do not use those corporate scripts when we talk to people. If something is going to take two weeks, we say it will take two weeks. Honesty seems to work better in the long run. Mahemdavad Road is growing quite a bit, so there is always something happening outside. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking at site maps. It is a job like any other, and we try to do it right. People around here know us, and we like it that way. No need for anything more complicated.
