Savaliya Procon

Savaliya Procon is located near the Lalgebi Hathijan Circle. If you know that area, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the vehicles coming through the intersection. We like being near the circle though, it feels like we are right in the middle of where things are happening. Our day-to-day is mostly about managing construction work and making sure everything is lined up for the guys on the ground. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the office, handling the calls and trying to keep the schedules straight. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. The office is usually filled with the smell of coffee and the sound of someone arguing with a supplier on the phone. That is just how it is in this business. We don't try to make it sound better than it is. It's a lot of grinding and making sure the bricks and mortar show up on time. People stop by quite often just to ask about what we are building next or to see if we have any openings. We try to be helpful when we can. It’s a simple setup we have here, nothing too polished, just a place to get the job done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and pipes.
