Parshwa Infraventures

You can find us at Parshwa Infraventures, right across from Baleshwar Homes. We are pretty close to the S.p. Ring Road on Bhaktipath. It's a decent spot, though the traffic near the ring road can be a real headache in the mornings. We aren't a big corporate office. It’s just a small setup where we handle our business. We do a lot of site coordination and managing the builds from here. It's mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing materials to give out. We just tell people what we’re doing and where the project stands. Sometimes the dust from the nearby construction gets into the office, but that's part of the job. We’ve been in this area for a bit and have watched Baleshwar Homes get built up. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes. We spend a lot of time driving back and forth between the office and the sites. Our days are long and usually involve a lot of problem-solving. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like it. We’re just local people working in the building trade, trying to keep everything on track without too much fuss. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner, but it helps when the sun is hitting the windows. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or free snacks. We’re just here to make sure the work gets done and the bills get paid.
