My name is Naranbhai D Desai and I run N. K. Developers. You can find us over by Lal Gebi Circle. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here, so I don’t have to give long directions very often. I’ve been working in this field for a long time, and I prefer keeping things simple. When you run your own business, you end up doing a bit of everything yourself. I’m usually out at the sites more than I’m sitting at a desk. Being near the circle means there is always something going on. It’s a busy spot with lots of people passing through. I’ve lived and worked in this area for most of my life, so I’ve seen it grow from almost nothing. N. K. Developers is just my way of staying involved in that growth. I don't use big words or fancy brochures. I just show people what we’re doing and let the work speak for itself. Sometimes things go slow with permits or weather, but that’s just the reality of building things. I try to be honest with people about timelines. If you come by the office and I’m not there, I’m probably checking on a foundation or talking to a mason. That is just how I like to work. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I enjoy seeing a project go from a patch of dirt to a place where people can actually live or work. It keeps me busy enough.
