Mansi Developers is based right at the Hathijan Ring Road Circle. It’s a convenient place for us because we can get to our different sites pretty quickly from here. We’ve been in the development business for a good while now, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. We aren't a big, polished outfit with a bunch of secretaries and leather chairs. Our office is a place where we get real work done. We spend most of our time looking at maps, talking to contractors, and making sure the materials we bought are actually the quality we paid for. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of headaches with permits and bad weather, but we enjoy the process of seeing something being built from the ground up. We don't try to sugarcoat things for people. If a project is going to take six months, we tell them six months. We think it’s better to be upfront about how construction really works. People come to us because they want someone local who knows the area and won't give them a lot of corporate talk. We’re just a small group of people who like building things and seeing families move into their new places. It’s rewarding work, even on the days when everything seems to be going slow. We’re usually around the circle most days if anyone needs to find us for a chat.
