Landmark Realty Pvt Ltd. is based out by S.P. Ring Road, near the Lal Gebi Circle. Being near the ring road means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to other parts of Gujarat. The circle is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but it’s a good landmark for us. Our office is a bit small for a company, but we don't need a lot of space. We have our computers, a printer that works most of the time, and a table for meetings. We focus on realty projects around this side of the city. We’ve seen the ring road grow from a quiet path to a major artery over the years, and it’s been interesting to watch. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. If a project is behind schedule, we say so. If a piece of land has issues, we tell the buyer. It's easier that way than trying to cover things up with fancy language. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and land owners. It's a lot of relationship building. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the sun and come back to the office covered in dust. That’s just part of the job. We aren't looking to change the world, just to help people buy and sell property without too much of a headache. We've been at this for a while and plan to stay for a while longer.
