We are based right at Balleshwar Homes near Lalgebi Circle. It’s a spot we’ve gotten very familiar with over the last few years. At Balleshwar Builders, our daily life revolves around the site. We don't really separate the office work from the field work because it all bleeds together anyway. You might find us at a desk one minute and then out in a trench the next. The circle is always a hive of activity, and we’re right there in the mix. We don’t have a receptionist or a polished waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes, maybe covered in a bit of mud or cement dust. We don’t mind it. It’s part of the job. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys on the ground and making sure the supplies at Lalgebi Circle are where they’re supposed to be. Sometimes the weather plays tricks on us and we have to stop everything, but usually, we’re pushing through. We don't make promises we can't keep, and we don't use fancy talk to hide mistakes. If something goes wrong, we deal with it right there. It’s just how we operate. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually pretty tired, but there’s always something to prep for the next morning. It’s a steady pace, and it keeps us grounded in the reality of building homes for people in this part of the city.
