HARSHIV INFRACON LLP is over at Silver Radiance, specifically in suite 607. We are right by Pakwan Cross Road on Sindhu Bhavan Road in the Bodakdev area. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. Being on the sixth floor gives us a decent view of the traffic below, which is always humming along. The office isn't too big, but it’s enough for our team to sit down and figure out project schedules. We do a lot of infracon work, which basically means a lot of coordination and site visits. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts because we are often headed out to a site anyway. Sindhu Bhavan Road has changed so much over the years, and it's interesting to be right in the heart of it. We keep our operations pretty simple. No one here is interested in using big marketing buzzwords. We just focus on getting the jobs done as they come in. There’s always someone making tea or coffee in the small pantry area. It's a relaxed atmosphere, but we do work hard. The building is modern, but our way of working is very traditional and straightforward. We don't overcomplicate things. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site updates. It is steady work.
