Harsh Parts

Our office is located at M/4 in the Meghalayflates building over in Navrangpura. It is a bit of a tight space sometimes, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with various parts and components that people are always looking for. Navrangpura is a central place, so there is always someone coming through the door or calling on the phone asking if we have a specific bit or piece in stock. The shelves are pretty packed with boxes. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find the exact part number someone needs because things get shifted around during the week. We try to keep a decent inventory, but space is limited in this flat. It is not like a big warehouse out in the suburbs. It’s more of a local operation where we know the people in the neighborhood and the mechanics who work around here. We spend a lot of time looking at catalogs and checking shipping lists. The paperwork can pile up on the desk if we aren't careful. We just keep our heads down and get the orders filled as they come in. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up carrying boxes up and down the stairs ourselves. It keeps us active. It’s just us here, making sure the parts get where they need to go without too much fuss. We enjoy the routine and the familiar faces that stop by every day.
