Our office is tucked away in Aryavrat IV Lane, which is just off the main S.G. Highway. We are at Sur No. 154/1, right besides the Shaishya school. It’s a pretty good spot because we are opposite the YMCA Club, but being in the lane keeps us away from the worst of the road noise. The office isn't massive, but it’s enough for the team we have. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a small area where we keep our files and books. The parking out front can be a bit of a squeeze if everyone arrives at the same time, but we usually manage to figure it out. It’s a very practical space. We haven't spent much time on interior design; we just brought in what we needed to get the work started. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. Someone is always heading out for a meeting or coming back with supplies. We keep a fridge stocked with cold water because it gets hot in the afternoons. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and see everyone working. No one is hiding behind big private office doors. We like the openness of it. It’s just a group of us trying to make things happen in this little corner of the city, focusing on the tasks at hand day by day.
