Hariom Plywood (Gurukul)

We are located at 1 Santi Dayal Complex, right on Gurukul Road. Hariom Plywood (Gurukul) has been here for a while. If you are looking for us, we are very close to H B Kapadia School and just across from Sukhanand. The road gets really crowded during school hours with all the buses and parents dropping off kids. Our shop is full of plywood sheets of all different thicknesses. You can smell the wood as soon as you step inside. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because we try to keep so much inventory on hand. We spend the day moving sheets around and talking to carpenters who come in with their measurements on scraps of paper. The complex itself is an older building, and we are right there at the front. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside. We don't have any big sales pitches or fancy lights. It is just a shop with stacks of wood and some basic hardware items. Sometimes the rain makes it tricky to load things onto the autos, but we manage. People in Gurukul know us as the local spot for their home projects. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a simple life running a plywood shop in this neighborhood. There is always someone coming in to ask for advice on which board to use for a kitchen cabinet.
