Harikrupa Developers

Harikrupa Developers is based on Road No.5 in the Kathawada G.I.D.C. area. If you are familiar with this part of town, you know it is mostly factories and industrial sheds. Our office fits right into that setting. It is a plain, functional building where we do all our planning and management. There is always a bit of noise from the neighboring units, like the sound of metal being cut or engines running. We have gotten so used to it that we hardly notice anymore. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have some large tables for looking at drawings and a few cabinets for all our legal documents and permits. We do not have any air conditioning in the main area, just some big ceiling fans that keep the air moving during the hot afternoons. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, trying to get the best prices for steel and cement. It is a constant back and forth. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to handle public relations. If you call, you will probably talk to one of the owners or the main clerk. We like keeping things simple and direct. Most of our clients are people who already have businesses in the G.I.D.C. and need something built or renovated. We have been on Road No.5 for many years now and we plan to stay here. It is where the work is.
