Radhakrushna Developers

Our office for Radhakrushna Developers is basically right by the Gamthi Restaurant. If you know the restaurant, you know where we are. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big sign or a lot of flash. Most of our work happens out on the various sites we are managing, so the office is more of a home base for the paperwork. We spend our time dealing with the logistics of development. That means a lot of phone calls, a lot of checking on supplies, and trying to keep everything on schedule. It’s a messy business. You’re always dealing with mud or dust or some kind of delay. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just work. We sit around the table, look at the plans, and try to figure out the best way forward. The restaurant next door is always busy, so there’s a lot of life around us. We like being part of the local scene. We don't have any corporate mission statements posted on the walls. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. Every day is a bit different. One day we are arguing with a supplier and the next we are watching a foundation get poured. It’s a long process to build anything, and we’re just here to see it through to the end.
