Goyal Safal Estate

Our office for Goyal Safal Estate is located at Shyam Residency-56, right on the Dehgam Highway. Being on the highway means we see a lot of people passing through every day. It’s a noisy spot, but it’s very convenient for getting around to different sites. We focus on real estate and land deals in this specific corridor. The Dehgam side of things has been picking up speed recently, with more people moving further out from the main city. We’ve been here watching it happen year by year. Our daily routine involves a lot of site visits. We spend more time in our cars or out on the dusty plots than we do sitting behind a desk. When we are in the office at Shyam Residency, we’re usually catching up on calls or meeting with clients who saw our board on the highway. We don’t use any of those slick marketing tactics you see in the big city offices. We just explain what’s available and what the papers look like. It’s practical work. Sometimes it’s tiring because the sun is very hot out there on the highway, but that’s the job we chose. We know the local farmers and the new developers too. Being in the middle of it helps us understand which way the wind is blowing for the local market. We just keep it simple and focus on the land we have on our books. It keeps us grounded and busy throughout the week. We're just here working.
