We set up Bapashree Developers Pvt Ltd a while back and we're located over at Sarvopari Villa. It’s pretty easy to find since we’re right near Aditya International School and not far from the Sardar Patel Ring Road. Being near the Ring Road helps a lot when we have to get out to different sites quickly. The office itself is pretty quiet most days, unless we have a big meeting going on. We handle all the planning and the boring stuff like permits and scheduling from this room. It’s not a flashy setup, just some computers and a table where we spread out the drawings. Most of the time, the guys are out in the field, so there might only be one or two people in the office to answer the phone. We’ve been in this area for a bit and we like how things are growing around here. The school nearby stays busy, so there’s always some activity on the street. We just focus on getting the work finished and making sure the buildings are solid. We don’t spend much on advertising or big signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just see us working around the Ring Road. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our feet on the ground. Just a small team trying to do right by the projects we take on. We take things as they come and try to keep everyone happy.
