Shubham Steels Industries

If you walk into Plot No. 127 in the GIDC, you will hear the noise of our shop. Shubham Steels Industries is a place where we work with metal all day long. We have several machines for cutting and bending steel, and they are almost always running. It’s a loud and greasy environment, but we are used to it by now. We handle different types of steel for all sorts of local projects. Sometimes it’s big beams for a new building and other times it is just small parts for a machine. We don't have any corporate executives or polished marketing materials. We are just a group of people who know how to work with steel. We’ve been at this same plot in GIDC for many years. We know the other business owners nearby and we often trade favors. The inventory moves fast, so the yard looks different every morning. We have to be precise with our cuts because steel is expensive and we don't like to waste material. It takes a bit of muscle to move some of the heavier pieces around. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool. By the time the afternoon heat hits, we are usually deep into our orders. We don't make big claims about what we do. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get it finished correctly. It’s how we’ve always done things.
