Down at Plot No. 9/10 in the GIDC area, you will find us working on tires and rubber parts. Rubber King Tyres India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The smell of rubber is something you just get used to after the first week. It’s a big space because tires take up a lot of room, and we usually have stacks of them waiting to be moved out. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just the daily grind of making sure the production stays on track. The weather can get really hot in the summer inside the shed, but we manage. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight group over the years. It’s not a corporate office with suits; it’s more about greasy hands and heavy lifting. We deal with lots of different sizes and types of tires every day. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them on the fly. It is a practical place. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for visitors. The focus is always on the rubber and getting the orders ready for the trucks. It gets dusty, and the noise from the yard is constant, but that is just part of being in GIDC. We are just a local team doing our bit day in and day out.
