Hans Imports & Exports

Our office for Hans Imports & Exports is over in Lajpat Nagar, specifically at Ii-B-83. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls related to moving goods in and out. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port or there’s a hiccup with the customs paperwork. That’s just part of the job. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking emails to see where a container is. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have desks, computers, and files everywhere. We deal with various items, whatever the market seems to need at the time. It gets hectic when several containers are arriving at the same time. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone knows their role. We don't really do big meetings or any of that corporate stuff. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. Lajpat Nagar is a great location because it’s central, even if finding a parking spot is a total nightmare. We’ve built up some good contacts over the years. It’s not a glamorous business, but it keeps us moving. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the clients get their stuff. Sometimes we stay late to deal with different time zones. It’s just how the work is.
