Space Developers.

Space Developers is our company, and you can find us at Swayam Residency. We are right near Agarwal Sweet House, which is a bit of a problem because we end up buying snacks there way more often than we should. Across the way is the Srag Spot Academy, so there are always students and parents moving around the street. It is a very active part of the neighborhood. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the logistics for our building projects. It is not very fancy, just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of rolled-up drawings. We spend most of our hours coordinating with the workers and making sure the deliveries are on time. Sometimes the traffic near the sweet house makes it hard for the trucks to get in, but we manage. We have been doing this for a while and we know how things work in this part of town. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on the progress of the brickwork. We aren't trying to be some huge international corporation. We are just local builders who know the streets and the people here. We like being in a spot that feels like a real community. It makes the long days of dealing with permits and construction problems feel a bit more worth it when you see the neighbors walking by every day.
