We’re located over in Ambica Nagar-1, right in the heart of the Meghani Nagar area of Ahmedabad. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always some noise and the smell of metal in the air. We’ve been doing these castings for a long time now at Gujarat Technocastings Pvt.Ltd. The workshop at number 11 is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a shiny new factory; it’s a place where real work happens and things get a bit greasy. We have a small crew of guys who really know their way around the molds and the furnace. Some of them have been with us since we first started. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on making sure the parts we cast are solid and meet what people asked for. Most of our days are spent on the floor, checking the heat or moving heavy stuff around. It’s hot work, especially during the Ahmedabad summers, but we’re used to it. We deal with all sorts of orders, some big and some very small. We don't mind the size of the job as long as we can get it done right and on time. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of metal dust. It’s just how we run things here in Meghani Nagar. We like the work and we like the people we work with every day.
