Gujarat Sidhee Cement Limited (Mehta Group)

This office is tucked away in Falgun Society, right on Jodhpur Gram Road. It’s a quieter part of the Satellite area compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. We are part of the Mehta Group side of Gujarat Sidhee Cement Limited. The building is a bit older, sitting right opposite Shubhada Colony. We don’t have any big neon signs or a receptionist waiting at the door. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us sitting around the main table going over the weekly figures. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the plants and the transport guys. It isn't glamorous work, but it needs to get done. We’ve been in this specific spot for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as more apartments went up. Our focus is just making sure the supply chain doesn't break down. If a customer has a problem with a shipment, they call us, and we try to sort it out without too much back and forth. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove for making tea in the afternoon. It’s a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking inventory lists. It’s just how we operate.
